Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship of level of satisfaction and its impact towards employees’ behavior and attitude. As we all know that successful company depends on their employees’ performance to achieve their mission and objectives. As most of the company agreed that employees are the main assets of the company, therefore it is appropriate to study this matter.
Level of employees’ satisfaction is caused by many factors, which had effect to their performance, commitment, motivation and etc. Rewards, income, training and guidance, the way supervisor handles them and how the company policies are put into practice play major determinants for those factors.
To get a better understanding and result, the questionnaire is specially design to dig and bring out the information needed without forcing them to express out their feelings.
From the findings it is true that their level of satisfaction on certain factors had a significance association whereby a certain percentage of the employees are not committed to their jobs and some of them would prefer to quit their job if they get a better offer from other company.
