Abstract
This study conducted to discover the training process implement by SapuraCrest Petroleum Berhad. At the same time, SapuraCrest want to make an improvement for their training content by taking an improvement in the area of selection of their trainer and the module that can really improve and effective to their staff in order to achieve their objective of their training which is they want their staff that attend training to applying what they have learned during the training session, transferring the knowledge gain at training program, increase in their performance and also give the profit to the company that know as Return On Investment (ROI).
