Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the impacts of discipline, motivation, training and leadership on employee performance in CCM Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. Pasir Gudang Works. This study was conducted in CCM Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. Pasir Gudang Works. The empirical part of this study was conducted in February 2019. Data of this study was obtained from the questionnaires that have been distributed among employees in CCM Chemicals Sdn. Bhd. Pasir Gudang Works. The questionnaires explore deeply how discipline, motivation, training and leadership can affect employee performance and respondents were asked to fill in a form by rated each item. Responses were made on a five-point Likert Scale ranging from one to five. The data obtained is analyzed by Statistical Package from Social Science Version 22 (SPSSv22). Based on reliability test, demographic profile, correlation test, hypothesis testing and multiple regression testing, a clear finding and result is observed. The result indicates that motivation, training and leadership has significant relationship with employee performance.
