Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research project is to investigate the factors of motivation and its impact on student motivation at Interface Education Group in Seremban. To attain the objectives of this research project, research questions and four hypotheses are developed and tested. Furthermore, each hypothesis is measured accordingly and results obtained explained. In addition, the literature reviews that are included in this research project has provide a better understanding towards the influential factors on motivations and how it affected student motivation. Primary data were collected through survey questionnaire for this research project and 143 sets of questionnaires were distributed to respondents which are the students of Interface Education Group located in Seremban. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0 were used and then the data collected through the survey are able to be analyzed and result obtained are discussed in the form of table. In addition, the major findings of this research project were discussed in order to understand the relationship between the variables. After this research is completed, I acknowledge that all of these factors are important in influencing student motivation at Interface Education Group in Seremban. Lastly, recommendations and conclusion are provided to give opinions on how to improve student motivation based from the factors.
