Rubberwood-rattan bench storage space saving / Nur Irdina Zulaikha Mohamad Zaid

In today's world, most benches are just beautiful pieces of furniture. Sitting on it is the only purpose for which it is designed. It is a trend where the furniture looked modern, traditional, aesthetics, and multifunction. In this study, the Rubberwood Rattan Storage Space Saving has been designed to use the combination of two types of wood: Rubberwood and rattan. After that, the survey was done and distributed through Google form that 200 respondents answered. Several factors were examined, including the material used, the product's design, marketing, and customer satisfaction. Based on the result shown, most of the respondents agreed about the combination of the Rubberwood and rattan used and suitable to be commercialized and recommended in the market. Material, design, and marketing are generally considered to be all factors that could affect customer satisfaction.
