Abstract

This research was conducted to carry out a study entitles “Employee Attitude Toward E-Learning in Organization”. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between four independent variable were ease of use, perceived of usefulness, performance expectancy and social influence against employee attitude toward e-learning in organization as dependent variable. For this study, 252 responses were answer the questionnaire. The data was obtained from primary data by using questionnaire. In terms of hypotheses testing, three hypotheses pertaining to ease of use, performance expectancy and social influence are accepted while hypotheses concerning perceive of usefulness is rejected.
