Abstract
Work-life balance becomes an concern of the organization to their employees since an organizations that contained work-life balance concept will gain the reputation as an employer of choice since it most preferred by potential employees (Johari et al., 2018). This paper aimed to study on determinants of work-life balance among banks’ employees in Selangor. Researcher distributes questionnaires randomly to 125 respondents by using convenience sampling. The result kindly shown that interpersonal relationship and flexibility have significant relationship with work-life balance among banks’ employees.
