Abstract

Career change was a normal issue that we have been heard in term for looking a job or career. Then, the objective of this study was to identify the factors influencing career change among employees at Parkson Mahkota Parade. Furthermore, the 155 of questionnaire was distributed at Parkson Mahkota Parade. The independent variables that been used during this study were work family conflict, work stress, career identity and job satisfaction meanwhile for the dependent variable was career change. The mechanism used to analyse the data for this study was Statistical Packaging for Social Studies (SPSS). Besides that, this study also used frequency analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. After that, on this finding for this study indicates that only two variables that significant which are work family conflict and career identity meanwhile for the work stress and job satisfaction were not significant.
