Abstract

The employee performance is a continuous problem or issues that always be a major issue of the employee in company. This is not easy to motivate employee to give a high level of performance while do their work in an organization. Purpose of this study is to identify the factor that influences employee task performance among employee at Building A and B Majlis Perbandaran Muar (MPM) Johor. The researchers have chosen Majlis Perbandaran Muar to represent this study. Researcher have listed two variables which are work environment and training and development as independent variable. Researchers have been distributed 102 sets of questionnaires to the respondent in Building A and B at Majlis Perbandaran Muar (MPM) Johor. This study discussed the factors that influence the employee task performance in MPM. The findings and analysis were made based on Statistical Package for Social science (SPSS) version 22.0 to analyse the data.
