Abstract
The study aims to study The Relationship between the awareness of green office practices and the employee's job satisfaction in Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Segamat (PPDS). The methodology used in this study was survey questionnaires and the questionnaires were distributed the 66 respondents in the Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Segamat. The questionnaires were anaiyzing using SPSS version 21. The major findings in this study indicates that majority of the employees were aware on the 3R practices and energy use. The result also shows that there is a moderate relationship between the 3R practices and employee job satisfaction. It shows that the employee don't see the benefit from the 3R practices. The result also shows that there is a strong relationship between the employee awareness towards energy usage and employee job satisfaction. It shows that the employees in PPDS will satisfied if they were aware on the energy usage. Based on the findings employee can get many benefits if they were aware on the green office practices. This study also highlighted several recommendations to further improvement of student performance. The suggestion that to be improved is the action from employees in PPDS and the organization itself must help the employees practicing the green office practices. A few suggestion for the future research was indicate in this study might help the future research in order to make another study.
