Abstract
The research entitled "The Relationship of Work Life Balance Practices towards Employee Performance at Majlis Daerah Hulu Selangor (MDHS)". There are two objectives highlighted in this study which are to identify the factors of work life balance that influencing the employee performance in organization and to identify the relationship between work life balance factors and employee performance. The scope of the study was concentrated on support employee in MDHS. The researcher used the descriptive research and correlation as research design. The sampling techniques used in the study are the simple random sampling. At the end of the findings several recommendations have been made for the organization and also for future research purpose.
