The influence of gender in the efficiency of task completion in the working environment at SMK Seri Gading, Batu Pahat, Johor / Siti Noor Balqis Yusaini and Nur Nabihah Ilyana Salleh

The purpose of the study is to examine and compare relationship between efficiency of task completion and the problem faced by men or women in the working environment, to examined and compare relationship between efficiency of task completion and the type of job scope is efficient for men or women and to examine and compare relationship between efficiency of task completion and what gender can multitask more. The researcher is conducted the study in Sekolah Menengah Seri Gading, located at Batu Pahat, Johor. This research consists of 81 respondents who are full time teachers at SMK Seri Gading. The study was carried between 22nd June 2022 until 15th July 2022. This study employed a non-probability sampling techniques in collecting the survey data. The result of the study revealed two important findings. First, majority of the respondents were agreed with the problem faced by men or women have a positive relationship with the efficiency of task completion. Secondly, majority of the respondent agree that the type of job scope is having positive relationship with task completion.
