Abstract

This research explored the employees' perceptions about the training program carried out by them in the organization. The training was carried out due to improve the employees' performance and productivity. The reason why this research was carried out is that, because of the various forms of training being carried out in the organization today, the employees' perception towards the training is not known. This research concludes that employees view the training program as an important program, the training is useful to them and the training that had been carried out is effective.
