Abstract
The concept of total rewards has been the subject o much discussion in the past with confusion existing about what the term actually means. According to Ali Kamkar (2013), total rewards ware all of the tools used to attract, motivate and retain employees. It was for this reason that both the concept of total rewards and employee's performance correlate. The aim of this study conduct was to identify the relationship among two variables which were Independent Variable and Dependent Variable. Reward system was used as Independent Variable while employee's performance was used as Dependent Variable for this study. The researcher had choosed Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Dungun to conduct the study because the employee's feedback was appropriate for the study. Questionnaire was used as a tool in this study to get the feedback from the employees so they need to answer all the questions truthfully. the age, gender, race, qualification and departments of employees were also shown to influence the reward system and employee's performance. The finding section were focused on the reliability of data and also correlation between both variables.
