Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the factor that affect job satisfaction among employees in Chromium Resources Sdn. Bhd. The researcher want to find out what are the factor in working environment that can affect the employees' job satisfaction. This study is using a qualitative methodology. Data was collected through interview with the respondents. Two interview ware conducted by the researcher. The respondents are the employees of Chromium Resources Sdn. Bhd. Judgemental sampling is used in this study. This is because the respondents are the one that are expert in organization. The result show that factor in working environment does affect the job satisfaction among employees in Chromium Resources Sdn. Bhd. This study concludes that organization need to realize the importance of good working environment for their employees in order to maximize the level of job satisfaction for their employees. This study may be benefit to society by encouraging people to contribute more to their jobs and task and may also help in their personal growth and development. Therefore, it is important for an organization to know the factor that can affect their employees' job satisfaction and know how to keep motivate their employees to work harder in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. By having a happy employee will be a benefit to the organization as they can give more the company.
