Abstract
This research paper studies about the relationship between salary, reward, training and
development with job enthusiasm of employees in Kota Kinabalu for public and
private sector. In this study, types of descriptive method that the researcher used is
survey method. In this type of method, questionnaires are distributed to the
respondents to be answered in order to gain the information to complete the study.
There are total of 400 questionnaires have been distributed but only 300 respondents
that have been returned and there are 5 stages used to test this study which are
Frequency Analysis, Descriptive Analysis, Reliability analysis, Pearson Correlation
analysis and Multiple Regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2). In
this study the collected data analysis will carried out using SPSS version 24
