Abstract
Job satisfaction is generally recognized as a multifaceted construct that includes employee feelings about a variety of both intrinsic and extrinsic job elements. It encompasses specific aspects of satisfaction related to pay, benefits, promotion, work conditions, supervision, organizational practices and relationships with co-workers (Misener et al., 1996). This study try to identify the major factors that will contributes job satisfaction among employees in Iskandar Malaysia. According to this research paper, the researcher will investigate the attitude towards workgroup, attitude toward management, monetary benefits and working condition will influence in job satisfaction within employees of IRDA.
On the last finding has analysis on the relationship or connections between the job satisfaction and all the variables that might influence the employee job satisfaction also the correlation of all the variables as well. This study conducted through distributing questionnaire and also uses secondary data which is from newspaper and internet browsing. All the above will identify on the topics require in this study by making some analysis by using SPSS system. The final decision on this report will be identifying the factors that will contribute to job satisfaction. Strategic recommendations also will be given to helps IRDA pursue with their organizational goals.
