Abstract
Healthy working environment is very important to many organizations. A good working environment may propose a good result from the workers towards their working performance. This project paper is to evaluate working environment facilitate by The Telekom Malaysia. The objective of this research is to identify the factors facilitate by The Telekom Malaysia to their workers in order to create a healthy working environment to increase their workers' motivation and performance to achieve company goals.
In getting relevant data, 100 questionnaires were distributed to the selected workers in each department. The respondents were chosen randomly in every department. Data collected were analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program. The analysis includes the frequency, and cross-tabulation. Several limitations were faced in completing in this study. The sampling size is small compared to actual populations of Telekom Malaysia workers throughout Malaysia. Therefore, to obtain the correct sample size may required more time and effort which is beyond the researcher's capabilities and time frame given. Thus, recommendations are included in this project paper in order to help Telekom Malaysia to increase the effectiveness of healthy working environment in order to achieve company goals.
