Abstract

Wellness program in the organization or workplace is the healthy activities that it is technically given and providing a lot if benefit and advantages to the entire of the organization as well as the employee especially. Therefore, the organization should notice that the wellness program in the workplace must consistently practice in their organization and make it as the good and effective organization culture at all time. The focus on the research study is to identify the impact of the wellness program which is decreased absenteeism, increased productivity, and improve morale with the employee satisfaction. The main objective of this research objective is to measure the greatest impact of the wellness program. A second research objective is to identify the relations of the impact of the wellness program with employee satisfaction. The last research objective is to identify the type of wellness program prefer by employee to satisfy them. There are about 70 number of population stated in the organization and were distributed the questionnaires. A total of 62 set of questionnaire have successfully collected back from the respondent. Once the data have been collected, the researcher use the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16 to find out the frequency, percentages, mean and Pearson Correlation for searching the reliability and validity of the information. From the result, all the independent variable has a positive relationship toward the employee’s satisfaction on the impact of wellness program in the workplace.
