Abstract

The title of this research is “A Study on Relationship between Motivation and Job Commitment among Employees at TNB Pasir Puteh”. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between independent variable which is existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs motivation toward job commitment among the employees. Therefore this research also will examine the most factor that influence toward job commitment among employees. Motivation is important in enhance the employees commitment toward increasing employees performance. This is because the committed employees will give full commitment in doing the job to achieve the organization goals. Based on the study, the finding show that there is a strong relationship between existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs toward job commitment with the most influence factor affect job commitment is existence needs motivation.
