Abstract
This project describes a computer program which calculates the primary consolidation settlement and immediate settlement . The program -Formulation has taken into consideration the basis understanding in settlement analysis and thus it would give an estimation of settlement based on this considerations . This computer program is written in QUICK BASIC and runs in any personal computers . It can be used as a tool -For practising engineers in computing simple settlement problem .
