Importance of motivation among employees at Majlis Daerah Rembau.

Abstract
Motivation act as important tools to increase employees efficient and efficiency. Therefore, motivation is needed especially to improve the performance of the employees. The purpose of this study to examine the relationship between rewards, good working condition, relationship with management and interesting work towards motivation. The primary data with sample size of 80 respondents have been collected through a set of questionnaire from all the employees of Majlis Daerah Rembau. Based on the analysis, found that Majlis Daerah Rembau have a high relationship with the employee motivation. This study provides overview of the relationship between the factors that influence employee performance.
