Abstract

The title of this research is “Factors that Influence Employee Performance in the MITI”. Enhancement in the performance of employee is the major dilemma for the organization in the current situation. Most important things for the organization that is the employees are the basic element of profits and competitive advantage. This study include the attitude related factors such as attitude of employee itself, job satisfaction, job commitment, motivation and training. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate their effects towards the employee’s performance. In order to complete this research, five hypothesis were constructed, focusing on the determining the influence of the independent variables and dependent variables. The data obtained were analysed using SPSS to determine the reliability test, descriptive statistical test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, and Regression testing.
