Abstract

Recently, the total of productivity of the organization influence by many of factors either internal or external. One of the main factor that may influences the job performance of the employees is motivation, which is it refer catalyst of individual to perform well in workplaces. It one of enforcement pill that able to boost up motivational of the employees. If in the organization do not any of good favor and catalyst intend to drives the employees achieving toward successful then the employees not motivated to doing their responsibilities well. Other point that influence the employees job performance is working environment, which is it refer to condition of working place and space of the employees doing work and tasks. Many of the employees desire working environment that comfortable and convenience, where the employees commonly spend the long time at the workplaces. For sure, many of the employees want the work environment that gives brighter light and harmony vibes. The colleague that give full support and not envy within achievement of one another shows the organization is built in good and healthy structure. The supportive and positive friends at work gives good energy and healthy aura that automated the individual loves to going work and fully utilize their man- skill just for the organization. It because care and loving environment makes the employees willing to take pains and risks because there have supportive people
