Abstract
This research was conducted for the purpose of “A Study on Factors that influencing Employee Commitment in Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Melaka (LPPNM). The main objective of this research was to identify the relationship between the factors that influence employee commitment. As or primary data, 80 questionnaire were distributed to collect information from employees in LPP Melaka and were returned by 66 respondents. A reliable source also have been used as secondary data which main gained from journals and articles. Besides, Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) as a platform to analyzed data gained from the respondents. This research will provide the proof of whether all the independent variables have significant relationship with employee commitment. On the other hand, this study also serves as a reference to employees and employers to have better understanding on the importance of employee commitment and its contribution towards their work performance. Lastly, employees could also obtain ideas on ways to improve employee commitment issues in their companies in order to ensure that employees retain with the companies.
