Abstract
This research is to investigate factors of employee engagement and its impact on employee performance at Panasonic System Network Malaysia, Senai Johor. This research was conducted to determine the significance relationship between work environment, leadership, and training and career development with the employee performance. A total of three hundred two (302) questionnaire were distributed among employees in PSNM at Senai Johor and there are three hundred two (302) questionnaire were completed and obtained. The study shows that work environments, leadership and training and career development were important in influencing the employee performance. Therefore, PSNM needs to consider these factors and provide the best solution to increase the employee performance among employee in the organizations.
