Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of work from home towards job satisfaction among employees. This study is to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and to determine the sample. The independent variables in this study are perceived autonomy, work-family conflict, and telecommuting intensity. The sample of this study is 68 respondents and the researcher used Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software to analyse data collected. The method used in this study was casual research also known as hypothesis testing. The result from this project paper demonstrated two independent variables that have positive and significant relationship, and one independent variable that have negative and non-significant relationship between independent variables and a dependent variable.
