Abstract

Improving the efficiency of workers is one of the most important goals for any company. This is because highly productive workers can impact the overall performance of the company. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of employee empowerment, teamwork, and employee training on employee productivity in UiTM Segamat. It is clear from the analysis of past literature that only a few studies have been carried out on employee productivity, particularly in the education sector. The data from this study were therefore collected using an online survey from a group of 224 workers working at UiTM Segamat. To analyse the collected data the researcher use SPSS. The result revealed that employee empowerment has significant positive effect on employee productivity. It was also found that teamwork has significant negative relationship effect on employee productivity. Finally, the study found that employee training has significant positive relationship effect on employee productivity
