Abstract

This study is conducted the factor that affecting work-life balance among nurses in government hospital. Researcher have distributed 120 questionnaires to the nurses and they submit back the questionnaires about 103 after they complete the questions. Data was evaluated by using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. The reliability of each variables was tested with working environment (α = 0.835), perception about work-life balance (α = 0.738), support from family (α = 0.772), self-management (α = 0.915) and work-life balance (α = 0.925). Relationship of independent variables and dependent variables was tested by using Pearson’s Correlation Analysis. Study was showed that all independent variables have positive relationship with dependent variable, which is significant at 0.000, less than 0.01. This research is to help organization managed and identify needs of their employees in aspect of work-life balance.
