Abstract
The purpose of this research is to measure whether intrinsic rewards, extrinsic rewards, working conditions and motivation has a significant factor that affecting on employee performance as a case study conducted in an SAJ RANHILL Sdn. Bhd. Data were collected focused on employee at SAJ Ranhill Sdn. Bhd at Batu Pahat, Johor which is the provider of source-to-tap water in Johor. The researcher distributed 108 questionnaires among which 145 were returned resulting in a response rate of 98%. The analysis of the data revealed that intrinsic rewards, working condition and motivation have positive impact on employee performance. By the results research shows that there is a moderate relationship between rewards i.e. intrinsic rewards, working condition and motivation on employee performance. However, a research was found respond rate to be desirable and achievable at 95% from this research. In conclusion, this research has shown further research opportunities that can enhance the understanding of the variables towards employee’s performance.
