The relationship between work environment and job satisfaction among staff at Majlis Daerah Tanah Merah, Kelantan / Junurliyana Jusoh.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affecting the job performance among the staff. The objective of the study is to know the relationship between work environments towards the job performance. Besides that 70 questionnaires have been distributed among the staff to achieve the study objectives. The data collected are then analyzed by using SPSS program. The results found that all the variables are reliable and significantly affected the relationship between the two variables. It was also found that the work environment is the most elements that affect the job performance. Some recommendations have been suggested in order to improve the working environment to increase the job performance.
