Abstract
The research title "A relationship between the job performance and physical ergonomics among employees at Majlis Daerah Raub" it will be research. The objective of the study which is to investigate employee' job performance and to identify the most crucial dimension of physical dimension that gives impact to the employees' job performance and physical ergonomics. The scope of the study is more to employees' job performance at Majlis Daerah Raub. The study consists of Chapter 1: Introduction, Chapter 2: Literature Review, Chapter 3: Methodology. Each of the subtopic will be discussed in each chapter to make sure researcher understand. The researcher use correlation research as a research design and the sampling technique. This study focus on employees' at Majlis Daerah Raub who is spent their time in the workstation and 108 is select randomly for the data collection. The researcher had analysed the independent (physical ergonomics) and dependent Gob performance). The reliability test also was conducted due to measure the validity and the reliability of the questionnaires. This study aims to identify their daily use of physical ergonomics and to know the relationships of their level job performance and from the findings there are several recommendations have been made to the organization and also for the future research purpose to achieve the goals of that company.
