Abstract
This research is conducted to determine the relationship between green office environment towards employee's satisfaction at Pusat Latihan Pertahanan Awam (PULAPA) Wilayah Timur, Jengka. This research intended to investigate which Herzberg's motivation-hygiene factor is influence more to employee's satisfaction. The sample size use for this study is 75 respondents. The questionnaire has been distributed to all employees at PULAPA at different level of position and ONLY 66 respondents have answered the questionnaires distributed completely. Social Science Software (SPSS) version 20.0 is used to analyze the results collected. Based on the finding of this research most of the employee at PULAPA were believed that green office environment can influence their satisfaction at workplace. In order to make some improvement to the employees at PULAPA, some recommendation and recommendation for the future research was stated.
