Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate about the relationship between performance appraisals toward employees' satisfaction. For this purpose, the scope of this research was the supporting staffs in Kolej Poly-Tech Mara Kuantan, Pahang. The data of this study were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires and used sampling random technique from the total population in selected unit. The data collected were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 21.0. The finding show there was a strong relationship between performance appraisals toward employees' satisfaction. That is meant, employees satisfied with the performance appraisals that had been used in their organization because they understand the way employer evaluate them and providing the positive feedback toward their routine work in the organization.
