A study on the effect of safety in workplace toward the level of employee satisfaction in Seremban municipal council / Shahajan Anwar Aswad Aliff Rupasinghe

Employee satisfaction towards safety in workplace is very important because it contributes to their performance. This is because the effect of safety in workplace will determine the level of employee satisfaction (Judge, 2001). For example we can see if the workplaces are high of safety features it will affect the high levels of employee's satisfaction. So when the employees fell happy do their job it also increase their performance towards work (Judge, 2001 ). The safety of work environment is very important such as the employee's workstation that needs to consider because it was a place where the employees always be. For example the workstation including furniture, tools, control panels and others items to performing work. The working environment including lighting, temperature, noise and others. There has been their interaction between both of them because when physical demands of work increase, the risk of injury also increase simultaneously. Workplace safety is about preventing injury and illness to employees in the workplace. So it's all about protecting their workers from any danger or incident during work, because it's very important to make sure that all the employees are working in safety (Snell, 2007).
