Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the factor of depression that can contribute the job depression among government servant in Pejabat Pelajaran Daerah Rompin that can caused by the certain employees in this organization. Methodology: A mixed method adopted data such as the method were taken on the literature review and journal article. A method and data interpreted based on the table; figures and diagram . The researcher also identify and explained the research by using the sampling plan. The instrument also used to generate data and explain in detail about the sampling frame and sampling technique. For example, unit of analysis, data collection procedure, instrument, validity of instrument and plan for data analysis. Findings: For this research, tables and charts were used to represent the findings and data that have been analyzed. The data that was collected will be analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 20.0 system. Conclusion: This study was conducted to identify the most chosen alternatives by employees in responding to their job depression. Mostly, this research focused on the entire employee, especially to the government officer who has to face the management, administration, structure and procedure.
