The awareness of lean management value towards employee's productivity at Jabatan Pendaftar, Universiti Malaysia Pahang / Nurdila Azman

The following research describes an overview about the awareness of Lean Management's values toward employee's productivity at Jabatan Pendaftar, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. Briefly, this researcher has documented what was done during the 4 months of industrial training at Jabatan Pendaftar, Universiti Malaysia Pahang. This research studies about the awareness of three (3) techniques of Lean Management under the supervision of Encik Arifi B. Ridzuan, Industrial Training Coordinator, UiTM, Pahang. During these 4 months of industrial Training the researcher has been exposed into different kind of work situations, concept of management and environments which actually give a great experience gained and able to collect valuable data for documented in this research.
