Abstract
The term virtual office covers a variety of mobile and remote work environment. Any company considering a move in this direction must be clear about company objectives and needs, the type of virtual offices that best addresses those needs, and the particular issues that each type of virtual office situation poses (Davenport & Pearlson, 1998). Since the flow of information has in many ways become much easier to achieve, the intention is to develop new privacy protection levels by increasing the knowledge of privacy protection officials by building a stronger relation to practice. The objective of the Virtual Office System is to re-establish privacy protection on a new basis by absorbing currently developing communication technologies and internet culture and utilizing them for new ways of privacy protection. Many firms adopted virtual offices to enhance productivity, where they expect their employees can complete the task to bring at home three or four times the amount of work because they will work much more faster at home.
