Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify relationship of factor influencing organizational performance in Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Kuala Pilah. This study was divided into five important chapters named as introduction, literature review, research methodology, findings, conclusion and recommendations. The dependent variable is organizational performance and independent variables are job satisfaction, motivation and employee’s behavior. In Chapter 1 this study discussed about the background of the study and company, problem statement, research questions, research objectives, definitions of terms, theoretical framework, hypotheses and conclusion. Next, in Chapter 2 discussed about literature review on dependent variable of organizational performance and independent variables of job satisfaction, motivation and employee’s behaviour. Chapter 3 include the discussion of research design, sampling design, data collection, data analysis and conclusion. Chapter 4 discussed about the findings in the study which been run by Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. Chapter 5 is regarding the result of this study conclusion and recommendations that might be used for future researchers. From this research, all of the information will be provided about the factors (job satisfaction, motivation, employee’s behavior) influencing organizational performance in Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Kuala Pilah.
