Abstract
Job satisfaction is an important factor for the employee in the workplace. Employee that satisfied with their work will demonstrate a good attitude towards the work, and it can increase the motivation and improve the performance of the employee. Therefore, this study aims to identify the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction. The purpose conducted study at Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Melaka is to identify the most factor that influence job satisfaction. The total population of the research is 80 employees of Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Melaka with sample size 66 respondent. Disproportionate stratified random sampling has been used as sampling technique for this research. The questionnaire was adopted from the previous study. The result shown that physical work environment, psychological work environment and social work environment has a positive and significant relationship with job satisfaction. Therefore, the result will help the company to improve the work environment in order to increase the job satisfaction level of employee.
