Abstract
This dissertation addresses the factor that lead to student satisfaction and what is the most significant factor that lead to student satisfaction during internship. According to Aksu and Koksal, internship is a preparation for students to do their internship by using their own knowledge and skill that they gain from their study. The problem rise when the students complain that they do not get what they totally deserved when doing internship. Students must create a balance between diverse internship experience and career specific courses for the student preparation to enter a real work situation (Brown, 2014). Therefore, several factors have been identified by the research in order to achieved student satisfaction which is payment, supervisor, relationship with co-worker, job itself and training and development.
