Abstract

Employee is the human power that will ensure the success of the organization. Their presence to their job is important to be noticed by the upper level of management so that they can fully work efficiently. Based on the observation, there are some factors that driven this research to be conducted in term of the factors that influence employees’ absenteeism. The factor chosen are tenure and flexible working hours/schedules. The research was conducted within the time frame from February 2017 until June 2017. The total number of questionnaires distributed to the respondent is three hundred (300), however, only two hundred and twelve (212) were returned. Based on the result of the study, all the factors have a relationship between the employees’ absenteeism which means all factor have their own influence on employees’ absenteeism.
