Abstract
A study was conducted at UiTM Johor Bahru City Campus for further understanding on work environmental factors because only limited number of research had been carried out describing work environmental factors in terms of top management support, workplace setting and co-workers cooperation. The objectives of this study were to identify whether the three factors mention existed and practiced at UiTM Johor Bahru City Campus and to study either top management support, workplace setting and co -workers cooperation contribute to the staff performance. The sample size of this study was 57 respondents. From the results, it was found that majority of them possess the young age between 20 to 24 years old and had services less than 1 year due to the new operation of UiTM branch at Bandaraya campus, Johar Bahru. Overall mean shows that top management support is highly practiced, workplace setting is suitable, and co -workers cooperation existed at UiTM Bandaraya campus. From what we have found, several recommendations were suggested.
