Abstract
Job mismatch are one of the common issues among graduates in Malaysia. The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that contribute to job mismatch among graduates in Malaysia. It is conducted among graduates from various university in Malaysia such as UiTM, UM, UIA, UPM and more. This research was performed by distributing survey questionnaire using quantitative method to collect data from respondents. There are a few references reviewed from different journals that list down few factors that leads to job mismatch among graduates. In this finding, the researcher focusses on three main factors which are qualification, skill and geographic of the graduates. The finding found in this research describe about methodology, finding, analysis and discussion in detail regarding the research. Secondary sources such as journals, articles, websites, newspapers, and others are used to strengthen the explanation. As the result, this research has provided information to the students and community on the factors contributing to job mismatch.
