Abstract
The focus of this research is to analyze the level of the customers satisfaction towards the products supplied by JB Prosthetic and Rehab Supply in Kota Kinabalu area and how their services and products do affect the level of satisfaction of the customers. A total of 120 respondents were surveyed in this research but only 80 respondents out of 120 were returned. The findings of this research were that majority satisfied with the quality of the products. However, in terms of the quality the services provided such as the delivery of the products, there were respondents who were not satisfied with it. As a conclusion, the researcher hopes that the finding of this research will help the company to maintain and enhance their performance in the future.
