Abstract

The Station is a ramen shop that sells the popular ramen noodles in Malaysia. Amir Hussein Syah bin Muhamad Paudzi and Nurin Zuhayra Khairin Binti Mohd Rafain own it as a partnership. The company is located in Bandar Puncak Alam, Selangor, and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day. Customers can also choose to pick up their orders at the company address or use a delivery service that covers the Bandar Puncak Alam area. We have a large selection of ramen Samyang flavors produced with premium and high-quality ingredients that are provided at reasonable costs.
Our mission is to produce and sell premium ramen noodles and high-quality services for our customers at reasonable prices that differentiate us from other ramen/maggie food businesses, while our vision is to have customers' satisfaction and trust in our products and services, as well as to establish our brand as a leading ramen business among locals. With the slogan "Delicious, Marvelous, and Spiciest," we aim to convey that we provide high-quality ramen noodles at a reasonable price. The pricing of our goods ranges from RM5 to RM105. Our key approach is to keep our prices low to encourage people to buy our products and to give them a cause to choose us over our competitors. out there.
We started the business by creating the Facebook page account on 24 April 2022 with the name of The Station. Then, we also registered Go-Ecommerce, MASMED Young Entrepreneur (MyENT), and EzBiz for SSM verification. Facebook is a very suitable platform to do business since it allows businesses to post pictures and videos of our products. This is an effective way to communicate with Facebook users and grab potential customers since a lot of people love to buy things online nowadays.
We use the correct copywriting approaches to promote our items by posting teaser posts, hard-sell posts, and soft-sell posts. We learned a lot about how to properly promote our items thanks to such tactics. In a word, having an online business and using Facebook as a platform is extremely helpful to us since we will be able to use our knowledge and talents in future business endeavours.
