Abstract
The researchers had seen the problem of service quality of the public bus in Kota Kinabalu especially for Sepanggar-Kota Kinabalu routes. The research identifies the correlation between service quality of the public bus and the customer satisfaction level of the service provider in the area of study. A set of 150 questionnaires had been distributed to the public bus customers who are using the Sepanggar - Kota Kinabalu routes. The research reveals that there is a correlation between service quality of public bus and the level customer satisfaction.
