Abstract

The job satisfaction is the terminology used to describe if the employees are happy, supported and realizing his desires and needs in work. Very much support of measurements that job satisfaction is a factor in work environments in the workplace. Basically job satisfaction is a measurement of as the employee happy doing with their work. This study is to identify the relationship between work environments toward employee satisfaction. These studies focus on the employee satisfaction on, lighting, furniture, and color scheme. Questionnaires were distributed to all staff in Pejabat Pelajaran Daerah Kuala Muda/ Yan. Analysis of the collected data revealed that an office environment has a substantial impact on job satisfaction. Top management should provide the quality furniture to help improve their capacities for effective employee satisfaction. Having ergonomic furniture will reduce the chances of any risk injury. It helps employee safe to be had around and also reduces the possibility of any accidents in the workplace.
