Abstract
The purpose of study is to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment among staff in Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Manjung, Perak. The research was used convenience sampling technique in order to find the sample size from the population and used questionnaire as data instrument for data collection. The sample population of 128 stafls was taken from three departments in Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Manjung The result of finding was calculated by using software 1BM SPSS Version 21. The result shows the factors of quality of work life provided in Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Manjung were career development and reward system. The findings in this study which reliability test, normality test, categorical variable, continuance variable and correlation. For the conclusion, the findings indicate that there was a positive moderate relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment among the staffs in Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Manjung. Besides, the researcher also provided several recommendations as suggestion to improve organizational commitment among staffs. The recommendations which were goal setting, employee engagement, and work optimism, training program, and communication.
