Abstract
This study is intended to examine the influencing factors that affect workplace safety in Ibu pejabat Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia Negeri Kelantan. The influencing factors include management commitment, safety training, and safety policies. To achieve the research objective as well as identifying and answering the research hypothesis and research questions, 100 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia Negeri Kelantan. The descriptive statistics indicated that safety training was the most influencing factor in JBPM Kelantan with the highest mean compared to management commitment and safety policies while the correlation coefficient analysis indicates that there is a weak relationship between management commitment, safety training, and safety policies toward workplace safety Perpustakaan
